Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all our items are custom-made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or design preferences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.

How long does shipping take?
Each item is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may apply)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
